From a very early age I knew I could understand the "invisible".

My first memory of seeing the light in the darkness, quite literally, was when I was 3 years old. I was standing in the middle of the night on one of the steps in the staircase and looked towards the dark living room. There it was.  I could see/sense living purple light in that darkness. The darkness was not all darkness nor was there only an empty space. The conscious and living purple light was everywhere. 

I got initiated in Meditation on the Inner Light and Sound when I was 19.

I spent a year in my first ashram when I was 21.

When I was 22 I decided to join my Master in his ashrams in India. A journey that would last a total of 4 years.

My University studies in International Relations were a great start but to me there's nothing better than experience itself so I dropped University and the opportunity came to follow my heart. During my time in India it became obvious to those surrounding me, including my Master, that I had a special skill for spiritual matters. My Master would comment, from time to time, how nicely I was developing spiritually.

 After volunteering full time for 9 years in India and Mexico I returned to the "worldly life". Since then I have had the opportunity to work at the Mexican Consulate in Toronto, be the Guest Relations Manager of a 5 Diamonds Resort in the Mayan Riviera, worked on cruise ships around the world and be a reporter at a local TV show in Toronto among other interesting jobs.  I also continued to learn more about the mind and spirit connection earning certificates as Yoga Teacher, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner and  NLP Practitioner.

I have had had the opportunity to live and learn from different cultures in the world besides my beloved Mexico like France, Sweden, India, the US and my current love: Canada. I am fluent in English and Spanish besides having studied French, German, Japanese and self-taught to read Punjabi in only one and a half hours when I was living in India, which I attribute to a possible past life in this fascinating Country.

Today I strive to achieve a life that is balanced between a full time job, further developing my spirituality and spending time with my energetic dogs Ben and Samanta.

Desde muy chica me di cuenta de que podía comprender lo "invisible"...

Mi primer recuerdo de haber visto la luz en la oscuridad, literalmente, fue cuando tenía 3 años que bajé las escaleras para tomar un vaso de agua. Me paré en un descanso de la escalera y miré hacia la sala. Ahí estaba, todas las luces estaban apagadas, por lo que la sala estaba oscura, pero podía ver / percibir la luz morada con vida en esa oscuridad. En la oscuridad no solo había oscuridad ni sólo había un espacio vacío. La luz morada con vida y consciencia estaba en todas partes.

Me inicié en la Meditación de la Luz y el Sonido internos cuando tenía 19 años.

Pasé un año en mi primer ashram cuando tenía 21 años.

Cuando tenía 22 decidí unirme a mi Maestro en sus ashrams en la India. Una aventura que duraría un total de 4 años.

Mis estudios universitarios en Relaciones Internacionales fueron un gran comienzo, pero para mí no hay nada mejor que la experiencia misma, así que dejé la Universidad para seguir mi pasión. Durante mi tiempo en la India se hizo obvio para quienes me rodeaban, incluído mi Maestro, que tenía una habilidad especial para asuntos espirituales. Mi Maestro comentaba, de vez en cuando, lo bien que me estaba desarrollando espiritualmente.

Después de trabajar como voluntaria de tiempo completo durante 9 años en la India y en México, volví a la "vida mundana". Desde entonces he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar en el Consulado de México en Toronto, ser Gerente de Relaciones con los Huéspedes de un  Hotel 5 Diamantes en la Riviera Maya, trabajar en cruceros alrededor del mundo y trabajar como reportera en un programa de televisión local en Toronto entre otros trabajos interesantes. También continué estudiando más sobre la conexión entre la mente y el espíritu y obtuve certificados como Maestra de Yoga, Practicante de Hipnosis Curativa Cuántica y Practicante de PNL.

Hoy trato de tener una vida equilibrada entre un trabajo de tiempo completo, desarrollar mi espiritualidad y pasar más tiempo con mis traviesos perros Ben y Samanta.
