I’m the founder of Officers Eat Last, a company dedicated to helping professionals and business leaders thrive by mastering the art of leadership and teamwork. Leading others is one of the most rewarding, yet challenging, responsibilities in any role, and I’m passionate about teaching the skills that make the difference between a good leader and a great one.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading in diverse and challenging environments. I’ve founded two companies—successfully selling one—and spent years managing teams in corporate America. As a retired U.S. Marine Lieutenant Colonel, I’ve also served in combat zones in Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. These experiences have shaped my approach to leadership and teamwork, giving me the skills to guide others in high-pressure situations. I'm also the author of "Leadership Development: A Blueprint for Building Your Leadership Foundation", where I share practical insights for aspiring and established leaders alike.
