About me
I’m a certified health and life coach and the founder of Inspiring Wellness, where I help people build a calmer, more sustainable relationship with food.
My work focuses on emotional eating, habit change, and nervous system-based tools, rather than diets or quick fixes. I teach from both professional training and lived experience. After years of weight cycling and emotional eating, I lost over 70 pounds, rebuilt my health, and transitioned from restriction-based approaches to awareness-based change. I’m now a runner and endurance-training athlete, proving that lasting change is possible without willpower battles.
I’ve worked with individuals and groups seeking practical tools for stress-driven eating, burnout, and behavior change, and I continue to expand this work through workshops, courses, and my podcast, Beyond Emotional Eating.
My teaching style is grounded, compassionate, and practical, focused on real-life moments, simple tools, and progress that lasts beyond the course.
