I specialise in Asia Pacific business culture, Japanese management and global leadership. I'm a recipient of Global HR Excellence Award at World HRD Congress. Formerly I taught international business at a university and served as special advisor to Japan Overseas Enterprises Association.

I'm involved in corporate training to executive coaching to M&A pre/post cultural integration consulting. My clients include Fortune 500 companies, business associations and government bodies.

Flying out of Malaysia where I was attached to Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS) Malaysia and ran two consultancies, I travelled to 20 countries to train, speak and research. I’m President of Diversity Management Institute of Japan and organise Success Japan Initiative to impart Japan Spirit.

I’m the author of 13 books including university textbooks about global leadership and Malaysian insects. I studied at Human and Organizational Development PhD at Fielding Graduate University, USA.
