And when we talk about solution design and the service cloud that means we're going to be dealing with the service console. So I'm going to introduce you to the service console and how to customize and set it up. We're also going to look at some of the core features and functionality of the service console. We'll be revisiting these concepts in later sections as well and going more in depth. And so now let's get ready to learn to service console and I'll see in the next lecture.
