I'm a 33 year old mother and author. I'm formally educated in Political Science and French. I hold a college degree in both these areas of study. Health, fitness, and general well-being are passions to which I devote a great deal of time and consideration. Not too long ago, after years of dealing with fluctuating weight, perpetual feelings of heaviness and dis-ease, and failed weight loss methods, it became suddenly very clear to me that mostly the whole world was making weight loss and weight management way too complicated...that in fact, it's very simple to lose weight and keep it off. I practiced my revelation on myself and dropped two pants sizes in a couple of weeks. I shared it with my mom and she too has lost weight.
