Andrea Francis, Demand Generation Marketing Manager for HubSpot, specializes in Campaign Optimization. During her time at HubSpot, she has become the leader in campaign optimization by testing dozens of lead generation campaigns across multiple channels and various touchpoints across the web.
Jessica Webb is a Demand Generation Marketer at HubSpot. Jessica concepts, writes, and sends emails to over one million HubSpot leads & prospects per month. Her goal is to promote lovable and helpful content to the right audiences at the right time. As a side project, Jessica grew and optimized HubSpot's Instagram account growing it from 4,500 followers to 30,000 followers in one year. Jessica graduated from Boston University's School of Management in 2011, then spent a year teaching workshops at the Apple Store. After that she spent a year in São Paulo, Brasil teaching English before she joined HubSpot, starting in customer support.
Justine Jordan is an email critic and popular industry speaker. After mastering table-based HTML in college, she fell in love with the unruly art of email design, helping some of the world’s biggest brands build and manage their email campaigns. A designer masquerading as a marketer, Justine currently directs all things marketing at Litmus, educating and inspiring fellow marketers to create better email.
Sarah currently leads the charge for HubSpot's certifications, projects, and examples programs, as well as the strategy for the HubSpot Academy website. Her goal is to develop training programs for marketers around the world that make it easy for them to excel at their job.
She specializes in building programs from the ground up that solve for scale.

Before HubSpot, Sarah served as a Product Manager at a Boston-based start-up, and before that, she had started a company as a student at the University of Florida.
