Yohanna Saado has obtained his mechanical engineering degree in 2010 and spent the following 10 years working at an international company for manufacturing home appliances and electronic products. During that time, he led a Research and Development team for five years, managed quality department, quality system and quality team for another 5 years. Throughout his 10 years journey, he has held various leadership positions such as;

- Quality Manager

- Laboratory head

- Supplier Quality assurance Leader

- and R&D Projects leader

Afterward, he started since 2021 as a talented trainer, delivering international project management, quality management, and communication management professional training programs and offering his training and consultancy services to help clients and international companies enhance their  management systems, boost profitability, empower employees and achieve business excellence.
