I also lecture at university level in career readiness and intercultural competence which means I know how to teach, not just advise.
My own journey wasn't smooth. Rejections, cultural misunderstandings, and hard lessons taught me something most career coaches miss: getting hired and thriving in a global workplace are both skills and they can be learned.
