As the former Head of Skylark Institute of Travel (Unit of Aircruise Travels Pvt. Ltd.), Lakshmi has trained and mentored 500+ students for successful careers in Aviation, Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality. A Certified Trainer (ISTD) and double postgraduate in Applied Psychology and Social Work, she specializes in Cabin Crew training, Ground Handling Operations, English Communication, Personality Development, and Interview Skills.
