I have over twenty years of experience as a trainer. My expertise is in the delivery and design of training materials related to communication. I hold a Masters degree in English and in Mass Communication. Besides, I am a certified instructional designer. Of my total working life, I have worked as an Instructional Designer, Manager and Trainer in language and communications design for multinational companies for more than 8 years. I have extensive experience in designing and implementing trainings related to teaching a second language to non-native speakers.
