My name is Vijaya Laxmi Etikala.  For me,teaching is passion, enthusiastic and challenging experience. I have over 12 years of teaching experience. I qualified SLET twice. My areas of interests are Human Resource Management, Organization Behavior, Change Management. My style of teaching is conceptual, participative and application oriented.   My style of teaching covers students of all grasping levels.
