As a seasoned STEM advocate and accomplished scientist, Dr Vidya brings over a decade of expertise in research and development within the realms of Medical Interview preparation, MCAT Training, Biomaterials, Tissue Engineering, and People Management. Currently she leads a dynamic team of scientists, engineers, and associates, driving technology transfer and ensuring product continuity in an established Biomanufacturing Facility.

Vidya is passionate about STEM Education Awareness and is a Mentor, Volunteer and Career Coach at various Non Profit Organizations that are actively involved in this space. She is looking forward to making an impact on young women who wish to pursue meaningful careers in STEM fields.
