Victoria has almost two decades of training and consulting experience in the fields of communication and customer service. She has worked with various industries through the company she co-founded with Tebs Gomez, called SilverTrain.  The main mission of the company is empowerment through education, and the company slogan is "enhancing service by improving communication."
