About me
Once upon a time, in the county of Monterey, on the central coast of California, there lived a goal-directed, result-oriented professional named Victoria Lee. Vicky's career was a remarkable tapestry woven from healthcare, education, and sales threads. Known for being a skilled communicator, persuasive, and adaptable, Vicky is self-motivated and always stays focused on the task. Vicky has a keen insight into the needs and views of others and can listen attentively, identify issues or problem areas, and create innovative solutions. Professional, personable, and articulate in presentation, Vicky is a natural, intuitive leader in every sense.
Vicky's journey began at Purdue University Global, where she graduated in October 2024 with a Master of Science in Human Services-Organizational and Social Services and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology-Child Development. With a solid educational foundation, Vicky embarked on a mission to make a difference in the world.
In January 2023, Vicky established Victoria Pearl Consulting and became a Healthcare Consultant. There, she provided invaluable resources and advocacy for over 50 families, offering peer-to-peer mentoring from hospital to home. Vicky researched support groups specific to diagnoses, sought out professionals to meet individuals' needs, and liaised with patients' families. Additionally, Vicky is a master at creating fundraisers and providing educational assistance with individual education plans and 504s.
In July 2019, Vicky's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish The Intuitive Arts Center, previously known as Vicky's Art School. As the creator, Vicky executed the nonprofit organization's vision by creating strategies to develop and maintain its structure. Vicky collaborated with board members, built a team of dedicated volunteers within the community, and monitored company operations to ensure compliance with regulations. Vicky's transparency and commitment to community relations were evident in successfully organizing fundraisers and identifying investors and donors. Under Vicky's leadership, the center positively impacted approximately 150 children and adults.
Before founding The Intuitive Arts Center, Vicky worked as an Outreach Coordinator at Jacob's Heart Pediatric Cancer Support Services from March 2019 to November 2019. There, they led the execution, analysis, planning, control, and evaluation of fundraising and event efforts. Vicky built strategic relationships within the community, conducted various outreach activities, and delivered impactful public speaking engagements. Her efforts helped raise $50,000 and supported 250 families in need.
Vicky's dedication to community service extended beyond professional roles. From October 2019 to November 2022, as the Health Advocate Chairperson for the Monterey County NAACP Health Committee, Vicky implemented the national health agenda, focusing on improving the health and well-being of individuals from diverse backgrounds. She established a community-based approach to health improvement in Monterey County, impacting families' lives.
Additionally, Vicky has been a Parent Mentor for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation since May 2017. In this role, they mentored families facing challenges with pediatric brain tumor diagnoses, offering one-on-one emotional support, suggesting information resources, and sharing her own experiences as a parent who has been through similar challenges. Vicky's knowledge encompassed brain tumor basics, hospital protocol, education for children with brain tumors, and effective communication and listening skills.
Vicky's commitment to personal and professional growth was evident in her numerous certifications and licenses, including Art Therapy, Professional & Executive Development, Psychology of Happiness, and Relationship Workshop Facilitator Training. Vicky also authored two inspirational books, "Raising Ben: A Boy's Journey Through Brain Cancer" and "Intuitive Awakening: Discovering Your Inner Truth," and currently teaches an online art class titled "Manifesting the Life You Want with Vision Boards." As well as in-person workshops, Creating Oracle Cards to Manifest Your Dreams, and Intuitive Art classes for adults and children.
With a passion for facilitating positive change and a commitment to professional excellence, Victoria Lee continued to make a significant impact in her field. Her story is a testament to the power of dedication, empathy, and innovative thinking in creating well-being and well-being for others.
