I was born and raise in Manila, The Philippines, but have since then found Queenstown, New Zealand to call home. After beginning my hospitality career 12 years ago I decide to pursue my passion of Japanese Food by cheffing and training in Japanese Restaurant across manila. I have now been working as a sushi chef for nearly 7 years and have found my calling making sushi and cooking Japanese food and I run regular group sushi-making classes in a small friendly setting as well as private classes in Queenstown, New Zealand. I want to share my knowledge and skills with people in the area who want to learn Japanese food,. And now I want to share around the world the art of sushi making.
