15+ years of experience with autism ASD & ADHD as an instructor and direct care staff with annual state recertification trainings of (SCIP) which is an acronym for Strategies - Crisis - Intervention - Prevention - This inspired me to make this lesson and combine (SCIP) with my real world direct care staff experiences to help many parents and caregivers.
