A nurse for over 26 years, Tracey offers guidance, support, advice and resources to support those setting up or developing their Medical Aesthetics practice.  As an Aesthetics Nurse, Trainer, Mentor and Coach, Tracey also has training and qualifications in teaching and management which are all employed within this course material to support the new clinic manager/clinician.  In addition Tracey has been shortlisted for the British Aesthetics Nurse of the Year in 2019 and holds the accolade of running one of the 'Top Three' cosmetic clinics in her local area.
