Having spent 10 years in the Ambulance service as a Paramedic and Education Manager, Tracey became an educational specialist for Medical, Fire and Police agencies across Europe and the rest of the world. She has spoken at numerous international conferences about study and education, teaching a variety of technical course

She is now a director at Checkmate Publishing. An organisation dedicated to producing police education resources.

She is a post-graduate of education, research and psychotherapy with a deep understanding of the learning and studying process. She has also won the Falck research award and Dr Jeff Clawson Leadership award.
