Tong is a third-generation member working in his family-owned grain trading and processing business situated in Bangkok, Thailand. He has accumulated hands-on industry experience working in a broad range of business units such as production, quality control, trading, and management.

As a director at the company, he has a clear understanding of the grain commodity supply chain and can manage resources within the company strategically to achieve profit while maintaining business integrity. As such, the family business is still thriving today after its establishment more than 70 years ago.
