Tom and Marcia Mawman founded the Bridge Church in Dallas, Texas, in 2011 where they served as senior pastors for five years. They also founded the Prophetic Equippers School of Prophetic Ministry (SPM) in 2006, which has activated hundreds of people in the prophetic, and is still available and continually updated online.

Tom is a Certified Life Coach and minister of inner healing and freedom. He has traveled with prophetic and deliverance ministry teams bringing freedom to many in African and European nations. Tom and Marcia have authored a book called 20/20 Visions: An Invitation to Experience Secret Places in God. It's designed to foster intimacy with God and an increase the readers ability to see heavenly visions. 

Marcia is a Speech Pathologist and ordained minister, and partners with Tom in ministry. They have been married since 1992 and live in beautiful Redding, California. Tom currently serves on the Bethel Church Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) Institute as a tank facilitator.   

Their two adult children, Jeremiah and Bethany also have a prophetic bent and will soon move to Redding (hint hint) from their homes in Dallas, Texas.

On weekends, Tom and Marcia can be found jeeping, hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, or kayaking in the mountains around Redding with their friends and church family.
