He has more than 25 years hands on experience as a pan-European commercial Asset Manager and has worked for several of the largest fund managers in Europe. Tim is trilingual, a member of both the RICS and ULI and has an MBA from the IESE business school in Barcelona. His professional experience encompasses the acquisition, disposal and asset of several billion Euros, in all commercial real estate sectors and residential across several different countries that include: Spain, Portugal, Italy and France.
