Dr. Gregory was born and raised in Texas.  He has been married to his lovely wife, Julie, for 23 years and they have three beautiful daughters.  He has been in pastoral ministry for 23 years and has served as a senior pastor for 18 of those years.  Tim is a Board Certified Professional Life Coach and holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Ecclesial Leadership from Regent University.  He has led several mission teams to Tanzania, Niger, Cambodia, the Philippines, Guatemala, Belize, Russia and Mexico, ministering the Gospel message of Jesus Christ.

Dr. Gregory has authored multiple publications for both academic and personal development, including Answered Prayer, The Leadership of an Authentic King, Kingdom Warfare, Blessed to Bless, Christian Leaders as Agents of Change, and Transformational Pastoral Leadership.
