I am a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with over 10 years of clinical experience in women's health — from pregnancy and newborn care to hormonal recovery and fertility support after birth control.

Over the past four years, I have worked with more than 6,000 women across the country navigating some of the most confusing and emotional seasons of their reproductive lives — irregular cycles, failed conceptions, hormonal imbalances after contraception, uncertain pregnancies, and the steep learning curve of new motherhood.

My courses are built from that experience. Not theory. Not textbooks. Real women, real cases, and the clear, practical knowledge I wish every woman had access to from day one.

I teach across three areas:

Fertility & Hormonal Health — helping women restore their cycles and prepare their bodies to conceive naturally after hormonal birth control

Pregnancy Care — evidence-based guidance to help women understand, navigate, and feel confident throughout pregnancy

Newborn Care — practical, nurse-led preparation for the first weeks of life with a new baby

My approach is the same across all three: plain language, no fear, no overwhelm — just the right knowledge at the right time, delivered by someone who has sat with women in every one of these moments.

I believe that when a woman truly understands what is happening in her body, she stops second-guessing herself and starts moving forward. That is what my courses are designed to do.
