Sylvie Barthelemy loves guiding her clients to a state of calm presence and teaching them how to get there on their own!Her central tools remain yoga and meditation, which she has been teaching since 1996, as well reiki, ayurvedic medicine and massage therapy.
Sylvie is also trained in body-oriented psychotherapy, a holistic approach that helps people break free of their defensive patterns and emotional blocks, to experience greater freedom and aliveness.
