In her experience of over 20 years, she have taught, developed curriculum and worked as pedagogy expert  at reputed schools like Summerfield’s, KPS, Delhi. Later she joined Industry and worked in various senior capacities like HR Head and Member  of Board of Directors. Then she  started her Entrepreneurial venture DDDC Consulting which is now one of the fastest growing companies known for Training and Development in the field of Business Communication. Language expertise, Leadership Development etc.

She and her organisation have been certified by Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, on “Be Vocal about Local”, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Ministry of Women and Child Development Certification on International Women’s Day and National Commission for Women Certificate for Women’s Rights pledge.

When she worked as a teacher,  she taught English to students,. Later this experience turned into a full fledged Corporate Communications Skills course when she  worked with Industry as she realized how the industry needed professionals with outstanding Communication skills. As HR Head/Board Member she developed curriculum and implemented English Communication skills enhancement strategy in the organisations she worked in and then, finally, in her entrepreneurial venture, she utilized all this experience in developing and delivering some of the most wonderful course on “English Language Communications” These programmes are at various levels-Beginners, Middle Level and Advances Learners.

These courses have benefitted thousands of Students, Administrators, Leaders, Sportsperson, Entrepreneurs, Businessmen, Homemakers, Socialites, Film/TV stars etc. who drew from reputed organisations like HCL, Airtel, ONGC, Hyundai, Tech Mahindra, Government of India and students and Alumni of University of Delhi, IIT, IIT BHU, DCE etc.
