I know how this feels I have been there too.

I know what it’s like to be at a crossroads – feeling different and alone and not knowing who to turn to for guidance. There was a time that I knew something had to change in my life but I didn’t know what or how.

I studied the biological sciences up to PhD level and six months out from completion felt a restlessness but I couldn’t quite figure out why. I knew something was not right in my life but was not sure what it was that was wrong. I felt lost.

After some reflection, I started to realise a few things. I had listened to others rather than myself and I started to read books read about intuition where I realised that quite a lot of coincidences had been intuitive hits. I went to a psychic development class for 6 months and gradually began to expand my understanding and experiences. I realised I was a psychic medium.

I realised too that I struggled with self-confidence and self-belief. And because of this had myself in some pretty rough relationships. After a relationship breakdown, I was anxious and scared every day I knew I had anxiety and I turned to a psychic medium (not having realised yet I was one myself) and she sent me healing energy that cleared my anxiety away. I realised shortly after I too was a spiritual healer.

Now I am content in my life. I am clear on my vision and my direction and I know whatever comes my way I have the tools and resources to help myself heal and also get help from others.
