I am business improvement consultant since 2010 with an experience of over 8 years in improving processes within organizations across industries. I was involved in lean management, six sigma and business process management projects with impact on business processes, but also to the development of skills for continuous improvement. My expertise covers areas such as fast moving consumer good, manufacturing industries and logistics.

I am certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Business Process Management expert and Project Manager.

I am very passionate about my work and I consider that business process improvement methodologies are not universal remedies, each client deserves customized programs, perfectly adapted to their activities. At the same time, I believe that continuous improvement is required in a dynamic and highly competitive world.

I have graduated as a mechanical engineer at the Technical University of Construction in Bucharest (Romania). The latest education step is a doctoral degree that is in progress.
