The project was born based on the need of the cultural sector to have developed online tools and platforms where to do and share their work, as resulted through the world-wide stop caused by the pandemics.

​The cultural sector has suffered a lot and not because the people would not be able to learn or adapt to the new context, but because this field did not have many available or adjusted tools for them. Like many other businesses, the culture sector was taken by surprise and caught with no guard. The cultural sector was on silent.

​That's why SoundBeatsTime came out: to support the youth with needed competences to obtain financial benefits from music, and in order to do so we sought financial support from the Erasmus+ programme
