Sophie Mbamara is a Creative Director (Brand Identity and Strategy), product developer, and founder of Natu & Co. Home. Under her direction, Natu & Co. has launched five proprietary home fragrance lines, including room sprays and diffusers, and grown past six figures in sales. She has developed signature scents for hotels, resorts, short-stay apartments, churches, and private homes, backed by a 91% repeat-client rate.

Her interest in home fragrance began with a personal problem: she couldn't find air care products that were long-lasting, mild enough for a sensitive nose, and free of harsh chemicals. So she built the brand she wanted to buy from, formulated around clean, effective ingredients safe for family and home.

That same instinct, turning a real problem into a real business, is what she now teaches. Sophie has trained over 1,000 students in home fragrance formulation and coached over 50 founders on branding and positioning strategies that took their businesses to six figures in sales.
