Sophia has worked in course development and content authoring for over ten years. She's been involved in the creation of learning materials for a huge variety of individuals and organisations; she's proud to have worked with some incredible well-known names all over the world.

Her unique capacity for the design and development of learning content comes from experience in all parts of the learning material treatment process; from hatchling ideas and needs analysis, through to course architecture and design, the development of both written and interactive content and final implementation and proper evaluation of materials.

More recently Sophia has taken a facilitator role to impart the knowledge that she has collected throughout her career. Her goal is to bring together the essential learning that she's undertaken in a way that is entirely accessible to the not-so-seasoned entrant into the industry of course content development.
