Sonya is a Physiotherapist, Medical Herbalist and Nutritional Therapist. She has lectured at the University of Westminster and at other Higher Education institutions.

Before moving to Northern Sweden, Sonya ran a successful baby massage business in East London. Sonya is passionate about ensuring people have access to non-clinical services to support their health and wellbeing. She previously sat on the steering committee and for several years co-ordinated The Social Prescribing Network.

Sonya lives with her husband and daughter alongside a host of animals. Sonya loves being out in nature and cold-water swimming.
