I'm Dr Sonia Greenidge, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I hold registration with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and am accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

In my years of experience, I have worked with hundreds of clients from all walks of life, which has provided me with deep insight and a practical view of the problems people are facing in their contemporary times, with regards to their professional and personal life.
