As a licensed professional teacher with a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and more than a decade of classroom teaching experience, I bring practical, real-world expertise to teacher education and professional development. Currently working as a full-time educator in China, I am passionate about helping teachers develop the skills and confidence they need to become effective educators.

My academic background in Early Childhood Education, combined with extensive classroom experience, has given me a strong foundation in lesson planning, learning objectives, teaching strategies, classroom management, student engagement, assessment, and developmentally appropriate teaching practices. These qualifications and experiences directly support the practical instruction I provide in my courses.

Throughout my teaching career, I have focused on creating lessons that are organized, purposeful, engaging, and student-centered. I believe effective lesson planning is more than completing a template—it is about understanding what students need to learn, selecting appropriate teaching strategies and activities, and using assessment to determine whether learning has taken place.

I particularly enjoy helping new and developing teachers understand how to turn educational goals into practical classroom lessons. My approach emphasizes clear learning objectives, meaningful activities, effective assessment, differentiation, scaffolding, and strategies that can be adapted to different learners and classroom situations.

My goal is to make teacher professional development clear, practical, and immediately useful. Rather than focusing only on theory, I share strategies and planning approaches that educators can apply directly in their classrooms.

Through my online courses, I aim to support new teachers, student teachers, ESL educators, early childhood educators, and experienced teachers seeking professional development. My courses provide practical tools, frameworks, and insights to help educators plan more effectively, teach with greater confidence, and create learning experiences that benefit their students.
