Sian is an experienced Yoga Instructor who trained with Sara Avant Stover, Kimberley Johnson, Caroline Klebl (Ashtanga) and Miriam Indries. She has studied meditation under the Mahasi Sayadaw tradition and is registered with the Yoga Alliance (Yoga) and CIMSPA (personal trainer and fitness).
Sian has often worked in busy and stressful roles including front line public sector as well as navigating the challenges of running a business. She understands the difficulties of practising whilst trying to work or manage family. Sian used her knowledge and skills to support a full recovery from cancer in 2016 (alongside conventional medicine) and states "In life, you only know how good something is when it has been truly tested. The techniques I had learnt (and taught) prior to this time gave me and others a solid foundation not just to live, but to thrive. "
Many of her students have gained increased confidence, enjoyed greater health and peace of mind. Courses are designed to deliver maximum impact and make best use of time for great results.
Sian recommends;
