Dr. Shelley Brown has a Doctorate of Education and 17 years of teaching experience. Additionally, she has been in the real estate industry for 13 years. She has mastered the responsibilities that owning a real estate business requires such as: financing, purchasing, renovating, flipping and long term rentals. Her company Brown Real Estate Company LLC has completed over 75 projects to date. Starting with 50 renovation projects for other businesses and 30 projects for her company. Her company has self financed 44 projects. The last 6 projects have been funded through LendingOne. Last, She knows what it feels like to need additional sources of income.
