Dr Rice created GPS Medical Memory from an emergent need to learn to memorize masses of information fast & permanently.

He is a professor of medicine, teaching this exact course to medical school graduate getting ready to study for the USMLE board examinations. Dr. Rice also works in operative neuromodulation research in the area of chronic pain and  addiction.

He is a DC and MD and holds specialties in medicine (acupuncture with Colombo General Hospital DAc Program and impairment evaluation with the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians).

He is also a CPT, HMS and rehabilitation expert.
