Serkan Sandikcioglu is an AI/ML Business Area Lead, author, and senior content writer with a background in product strategy, machine learning, and digital transformation. He holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Duke University, where he studied under Professor Daniel Egger.

He has led enterprise AI initiatives across industries and specializes in explaining complex technologies in clear, practical terms. He is also the author of two novels, including False Ratio, a historical science thriller.

In addition to his professional work, he teaches and writes about the real-world application of AI tools.
