Dr. T. R. Saravanan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computational Intelligence, SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) Kattankulathur, with over 22 years of academic and research experience. He completed his Ph D. CSE , M Tech. in Information Technology, and BTech. in Information Technology. He has published 50+ SCI- and Scopus-indexed research papers, secured multiple patents, and serves as a reviewer for reputed SCI journals and international conferences. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT, Cloud Computing, Wireless Networks, and Smart Healthcare Systems. He has received the Best Teacher Award (2007), Best Performer Award (2017), and several academic and industry appreciation awards. He has successfully led consultancy projects, industry collaborations projects, and initiatives with TCS and the Smart India Hackathon to promote innovation and student development. He is also a Udemy Instructor and a technical YouTube educator, delivering content on AI and emerging technologies. Certified Innovation Ambassador (Foundation & Advanced Level) by the Ministry of Education (MoE) Innovation Cell and AICTE. He is an active member of ISTE, ACM, and IEI, and is committed to excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and industry-oriented education.
