Sarah has a BSc (Hons) in Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a PgCert in Health and Wellbeing from University College Cork. She also holds a wide range of diplomas and certification in well-being areas such as existential well-being counselling, couples counselling, counselling for children and adolescents, CBT coaching, life coaching, ACT coaching, happiness life coaching, resilience coaching, group life coaching and positive psychology, and is a verified member of the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA). She is currently studying an MSc in Health and Wellbeing.
Sarah has a background in education, working as a teacher and a university manager. Her passion for supporting and nurturing well-being in others was ignited when she was frequently called upon to offer support, advice and counselling to students.
She is also a published author: her popular book, Perfectly Different, published by Penguin Random House, encourages children to embrace individuality and value diversity.
Sarah is British and has lived and worked in London, Fiji, New Zealand and Qatar, as well as travelling extensively around the world. She is a mother to six children aged 14-24 and is instinctively nurturing, pragmatic, patient, supportive, empathetic and deeply passionate about helping others to overcome their obstacles to well-being, celebrate their strengths, develop healthy, positive mindsets and thrive!
