The day after a CxO tried to get me fired, I started working on The Digital Change Manager.

THE FIRST STRATEGIC CONNECTION

To be fair, she wasn't crazy or anything...

We were definitely in opposite camps when it came to leading digital transformation.

I wanted to create a respectful connection with genuine trust, so I wouldn’t have to worry about anybody doubting my competence or have to deal with difficult stakeholders ever again. (Oh, and a minor detail, I wanted to do  it without using any manipulative  techniques - that would kind of cancel out the respectful part).

THEN I GOT COMPANY

It took me almost 5 years to perfect a strategic stakeholder management framework, so I convinced my friend Diego to join me. After we made our first online course, we realized we needed someone to give us feedback so we gave it away for free (we still are as a fact!) until it was thoroughly quality assured.

MORE COMPANY & OTHER STUFF

Since then, I’ve gotten a bunch of other friends to join and help me make high quality and reality compatible online courses and tools to make stakeholder management easier and meaningful. (Reality compatibility is a rather underserved feature in our industry).

Together, we’ve built a space for absurdly genuine ways to improve your people skills that are perfect for an authentic yet strategic kind of stakeholder management practice.
