Sarah Scholtz is a Life Coach, speaker, and Work/Life Design Strategist. She specialises in Parenting and Marriage Coaching. She studied a BA (hons) at the University of London and did her coaching certification in 2015. She is also a part-time Life Coach at La Rochelle Girls High School and is a member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa).
