Sara has been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years, and has found that a strong, dedicated practice can improve nearly all aspects of our well-being. She has trained for thousands of hours and taught thousands of yoga classes, ultimately earning her certification from the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT.)
She believes strongly that everyone can (and probably should) practice yoga, and aims to make it accessible. Sara is also experienced in Reiki Healing, Sound Healing, Breathwork, and Meditation instruction. All of these modalities are helpful for us to become more vibrant!
