I am researcher at Lund University, Sweden. I am expertised in bioinformatics, next generation sequencing, genomics, transcriptomics, and metagenomics. I developed the interest in the exploration of computational approaches in plant science to understand genetic and genomic mechanism related to plant infection, metabolism and environmental stress. I have eight year research and teaching experience in next generation sequence data analysis.
