Hi , I am Mrs. Samidha Chavan, working for the past 12 years as a Lecturer in Vidyalankar Polytechnic. Today when I turned back, I see a long path and a wonderful journey that I have travelled with Vidyalankar. It’s my privilege to be a part of this esteemed institution as an ex-student and as a teacher. I have completed my Diploma in Computer Engineering from Vidyalankar Polytechnic, and then pursued B.Tech in Information Technology from V.J.T.I Mumbai. To keep myself upgraded, I enrolled for Masters in Computer Engineering and completed it in January 2017. I like to attend technical seminars which make me aware about latest developments and technologies. I teach subjects like Database, Programming languages(C, C++ and Java), Computer Networks, etc. My research interest is in Internet of Things (IoT). I like to use group exercises, PowerPoint slides and videos where ever applicable to make the concepts easier for students. I believe this is something which increases student interest significantly and leads to a better learning experience.
