• Excellent understanding of the processing and functional testing, a build-up for UAT, End-to-End and regression testing then go-Live sanity check tests.

• Requirement gathering and reviewing for test strategy, plan and approach curation when supporting or acting as Business Analyst.

• Supporting the overall plan supporting to meet business expectations/deadlines and its milestones working closely with decision-makers, Test Managers and Project Managers.

• Acting as team lead and test manager whenever is deemed necessary to help drive forward the strategy and deliverables for clients.

• Background in ERP, Government Body, Environmental, Supply Chain, Logistics, Automotive, Finance, Sales, Telecoms and Customer Services.

• Expert understanding of CRM (particularly Dynamics 365 but also Salesforce and Oracle), e-Commerce, and WebApps.

• Experience working in both Agile/Scrum, V-model and Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent understanding of business process flows best practices in CRM, ERP and Digital projects. Processes, Workflows, Functions, Integration (Interfaces) and data integrity.

• Expert in customer care/communication, problem-solving, relationship building, persuasion, user training and support.

• Support Business Analysts in building up process map flows.

• A key element of all the work that is carried out is a building up of documentation, and user guides for an easy and smooth hand-over at any given time for the benefit of any client that I work with.

• Experience as Business Owner so I understand being on that point of view when working with clients.
