I am a full-time teacher and mum to two boys who still loves to find time to work out and stay healthy. Having such a full schedule has forced me to be creative in finding ways to get the maximum result from a workout with very little time and no specialist equipment.
I absolutely love teaching and spending time with my kids, and being able to exercise regularly has given me more energy than ever that I can pour back into my work and my family!
