Shojin Now is a project aiming at delivering content of Japanese plant-based to the world. We are currently operating an online school to teach authentic Japanese vegan cuisines without borders. We partner up with renowned Japanese chefs to allow their stories and techniques to be shared and learnt by as many students as possible.
