We need a brighter way forward! As an educator, entrepreneur, and transformational leader, Renee has set out to build a better way for the Neurodiverse. As an innovator, she is the co-founder of two of the first virtual schools in Arizona and the founder of Theara, a business designed to support the Neurodiverse from cradle to grave. As a visionary, Renee has always sought to make the intangible tangible, creating connections and building bridges in relationships that positively transform all aspects of love. Renee believes that with the right amount of education and determination, anything is possible.
Renee is an accomplished educational leader offering a 24-year track record of success in managing high-quality programs in dynamic environments. She is a prolific writer and experienced contributor with features in HR, OZY, PsychCentral, Chief, DifferentBrains, and more. Renee is a renowned keynote whose most recent engagements include Stanford Medicine, The Efficiency B Podcast, and ADHD Rewired Podcast. As a highly versatile speaker, Renee offers inspiration and insight to schools, universities, and corporate clients on cultivating neurodiversity. Her unique perspective as a charismatic entrepreneur, educator, Neurodivergent, and Board-Certified Cognitive Specialist has proven particularly beneficial to her clientele.
In terms of social impact, she has devoted her life and career to educating and inspiring as many as she is able to live more effective, equitable, and empowered lives. She designed Theara to support ESG standards and is well-versed in the associated SEC regulatory framework. Neuroinclusion is central to matters of intersectional discrimination; therefore, she can offer valuable insight to human resource personnel on current DEI practices. Renee's unique Acronym-Based Communication system is focused on building interpersonal connections and intrapersonal development, ultimately creating a more inclusive world.
Described as "refreshing," “an INCREDIBLE person, woman, mom, wife, advocate and friend,,, "someone who "single-handedly inspired my students in THE MOST MEANINGFUL lecture they have heard in their graduate program to date.”, and is "revolutionizing education". Renee brings authenticity expertise to the table and offers hope, promise, and belonging to the neurodiverse. Her desire is to provide a direct and sure path to efficacy, equity, and empowerment for as many as she is able.
