After graduating with a Master's in Computer Engineering from the University of Louisiana, I spent 20 years working for top companies in Silicon Valley in various roles, from Software Engineer to Test Automation Architect.

Then, in 2021, after leading teams and mentoring QA teams, I saw that there was a need for quality mentorship and coaching that could help testers gain technical expertise and leadership skills. Because the bar to enter is low, earning respect has been a challenge for a lot of testers.
